Melisa Pearce is a teacher, author, gestalt therapist, coach and pioneer in the field of human/horse healing. Having bred, shown and raised horses for over 30 years, she believes that their true purpose on this planet is to be healers.
Melisa is also a creative entrepreneur. In 2008 she retained the principals of Birch Corner Associates to help develop her Equine Gestalt Coaching Method Certification Program and to serve as its initial coaches.
Since then the program has grown and diversified. Peggy continues as a valued colleague today, helping to develop and administer programs, mentoring the team of TBAH coaches and serving as Melisa's right hand collaborator. Each year the TBAH Summit brings together many of the 200+ alums to attend a variety of continuing education workshops and celebrate the graduation of the most recent class of coaches. At the right, Peggy salutes one of her graduating students during the ceremony.
Summit is a time for reconnecting with friends and colleagues, engaging the personal and professional reflections of a variety of guest speakers, sharing ideas and best practices, and enjoying lots of good food and fun.
