Join our blogging community on the Sacred Lead Blog. The name comes from the "rope" connecting a human and a horse, which is called a lead. For me it represents a sacred link that aligns two beings in mutual trust and respect. I first encountered it several years ago while doing some deep personal work with some very gifted equine healers.
In the broader sense the verb, lead, means to have a vision and inspire others to bring it to fruition. As an executive coach I work with many leaders who are intent upon transforming the lives of their clients, their colleagues and themselves.
