Investment is a good word for you as client and us as coaches. You are investing in your development as a person and as someone who influences others. Growth does not come without intention and commitment. You can expect to devote time, effort and money to your coaching. It's a major decision on your part. It's your work. We can't do it for you.
As coaches, we are also investing. We're applying what we have learned about human growth, organizational development, strategic thinking and peak performance to your individual circumstances. We are investing in your success, encouraging you to make the changes that will enable you to achieve your goals. The responsibility to add value to your life is one that we take very seriously.
Our fees vary depending on your circumstances and the services you choose. We do not charge by the hour. The minimum coaching commitment is a retainer for three months. Additional options include retainers for 6, 9 and 12 months.
The basic fee for Personal Coaching ranges from $1,200 - $1,800 per quarter. The basic fee for Executive Coaching ranges from $1,500 - $2,400 per quarter. Fees for group facilitation range from $1,200 - $2,500 per diem. Profiles, content coaching and facilitation are tailored to specific requirements. Fees for those services will vary accordingly and may be in addition to the basic coaching arrangements.
What is your return on your investment? It's a good question. If you are investing time, effort and money in a process, how will you know it has been worth it? How will you measure it?
When we begin our coaching relationship, we ask you to define your outcomes and your indicators of success at the end of the process. You evaluate the results based on your own criteria.
